Third Hive Looks Like it Did not Make it

I see very little activity on the third hive. I don't think the bees stayed in the hive. Also, on the same day, I noticed a lot of bees flying in circles around the first hive. I am not what was going on at their hive. However, they seemed fine the next day. The third hive does not seem to have any life in it. I saw only one bee leaving, and not any of the usual traffic at the hive entrance.
